In the first of our series, meet Rose, the club's Female Development Officer and Manager of U9/3.

Role: Female Development Officer & Team Manager

How long have you been managing this team?  I've had the pleasure of managing this team for five years, starting way back when they were in U5s!

How long have you been on the committee?  This is my first year on the committee.

What motivates you to continue volunteering your time?  I volunteer to give the team a stable and safe environment to learn and reach their full potential.

What's your favourite part about being on the committee?  I love working to make our club a better place for all the kids, both now and in the future.
