Only players who have registered and paid are able to take part in these sessions.

Squad training sessions will be organised based on age groups, ensuring session development to meet the needs of the players. These sessions will be a mix of fitness and technical work – the perfect opportunity to shake off the off-season rust and get back into form.

The focus of this training is to help players kick-start their pre-season preparations. This training is not part of the grading process and provides no guarantees of being placed in any specific team.

More information on times for each age group will be provided to eligible members prior to the first session.
