After weeks of rain, Kick-on for Women finally Kicked Off at Kings!
20 of our finest rocked up for the opening night of our 8 week program being run in partnership with Football NSW.
We certainly look forward to seeing more of these amazing women over the coming weeks and, who knows, maybe future seasons in the Royal Blue?
Due to wet weather, the start of the program has been delayed by one week. Week 1 for Kick-on for Women now starts Monday 13 May (weather permitting)
Kings Langley SFC is proud to partner with Football NSW to bring the Kick-on for Women program to Blacktown.
Kick-on for Women is an introductory football program focusing on fun, football and friendship that offers a more social and accessible version of football modified for women over 16. It is a low-impact football-based program providing physical and mental health benefits, social contentedness, alongside promotion of the benefits of engaging in team sport.
The program provides 45-minute sessions that offer a more social and accessible version of football specifically modified for women over the age of 16. Participants discover and learn the basic competencies of football in a relaxed, non-competitive setting.
The program goes for 8 weeks, with weekly sessions from 6pm to 7pm every Monday starting Monday 6 May. The cost is $80 per participant, and you can register now via PlayFootball.
