DESCRIPTION:EVENT POSTPONED\nThe 2022 AGM originally scheduled for 8 Novemb
 er 2022 has been postponed. Members will be advised of a new date ASAP.\n\
 nThe AGM represents a wonderful opportunity to be involved in influencing 
 the future direction of this great community-focused club. It can be a ver
 y rewarding experience\, especially when you see the smiles on the faces o
 f the young children grow in confidence and improve their skills as the se
 ason progresses. We look forward to your contribution\, fresh ideas and en
 thusiasm.\n\nWe need a minimum of 10% of our members to attend the AGM. Pl
 ease RSVP to the AGM if you plan to attend to assist with planning. Your s

 \nA nomination form listing the positions of Office shall be emailed at le
 ast twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM. Nominations are to be called fo
 r in writing. Written applications to be lodged with the Secretary no late
 r than fourteen (14) days prior to the AGM \nNo persons other than financi
 al members shall be eligible to nominate for or be elected to any position
  on the MC of The club. Each nominated person must hold a current WWC Numb
 er. \nNo persons other than financial members shall be eligible to vote fo
 r any nominations. \nIf the full number of candidates is not nominated for
  any position as prescribed\, additional nominations may only be taken fro
 m the floor for those positions still vacant. Where an application has bee
 n received by the Secretary for a position\, consent must be sought by sai
 d nominees for that position to be sought. If there is more than the requi
 red number nominated an election by ballot shall take place\, but if there
  is only the required number\, the Returning Officer at the AGM of The clu
 b shall declare those nominated duly elected.\n&nbsp\;
